Residents at The New Riverview enjoyed a fashion show hosted by its Women’s Club on a sunny afternoon in late August.
Organized by the beautiful Priscilla Burgess, shown here in a gown from Ghana, the event was truly a crowd pleaser with more than 60 friends and family members in attendance.
Fifteen residents modeled beautiful couture pieces and, despite the heat, even presented several fur coats! The ladies walked the runway in both daytime and evening wear, many making a quick change in between.
The fashion show made the front page of the Local News section of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and was featured in the Jewish Chronicle.
Move aside Cindy Crawford, residents at The New Riverview are giving you a run for your money!
