Mary Anne Foley received the award for Professional of the Year from The Association of Jewish Aging Services (AJAS) at their national conference on April 5. A well-respected and trusted leader, Mary Anne is tough when she has to be, generous, caring and fun loving when appropriate. With over 35 years of experience in healthcare, Mary Anne joined the JAA staff in 2012 initially as a Director of Home Health and Hospice, then as Vice President of Home & Community Services, as Chief Quality and Operations Officer, now as COO, and soon to be CEO.
There is no better time to recognize the extraordinary accomplishments Mary Anne has attained at JAA. During the most difficult days of a pandemic that suddenly struck seniors the hardest, particularly those in long-term care, Mary Anne was our rock. She asks no more than she herself does and is especially skilled at teaching by example.
Nothing holds Mary Anne back from doing her part to enhance the lives of our aging seniors and their families. We are proud to have her among us and support the recognition for her resilience, versatility, and ability to rise to the occasion.
