JAA’s president and CEO was the recipient of the Vistage Leadership Award for 2019. Debbie Winn-Horvitz received her award at the annual Vistage Executive Summit in June. Vistage’s Tricia Warrick presented the award. The criteria for selection states that the Vistage member “consistently makes decisions that benefit his or her company, family and community” and is “a beacon of accountability to both self and peers.” The nomination by her peers noted that Debbie’s drive toward innovation and her servant-leadership model were several of the many reasons why she was chosen as the recipient..
