Home Health Services

JAA Home Health Services provides care for patients in the privacy of their own home.

Patients that have difficulty leaving home due to medical and/or physical restrictions or have returned from hospital stays benefit from home health services. Trained staff will be in your home within 24 hours following receipt of physicians orders to assess your needs and create a comprehensive treatment plan. JAA Home Health Services can facilitate communications with personal physicians.

JAA Home Health Services offers the following:

• Skilled Nursing services including psychiatric nursing
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Home Health Aide
• Skilled observations and assessmants
• Wound Care
• Technical hands on teaching and training
• Medical Social Work

Referrals for home health services can be made by physicians, case managers, social workers, other health care professionals, family members or the patient.
